Política de reembolso

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original and sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you have to contact us at minhojewels@meridian-gates.com.
The returned item(s) will need to be sent to the adress provided by email, upon your request, that may or may not be the same from where it was shipped firstly and the package must be returned with tracking number.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, forced returns, will not be accepted. 

Please note that you are responsible for all the return shipping costs, including any customs fee that may be applied upon reentry in case of imports / exports.

Please note that returns from outside the EU may have to pay a customs fee upon reentry in Portugal, so, it may result in a reduction in your refund, if those charges are applied. Moreover, if you have to fill in a customs form, it is important that you select the appropriate case / box for the reason for that import/export, that will say "Returned Goods" or something similar.

The refund will be made only after we receive the product(s), and the original shipping cost will not be refunded, since it is payed to a different service provider.

If it happens that your package is stolen during shipping, you will need to FILE a MISSING MAIL REPORT and a POLICE REPORT, and provide both reports to us, to qualify for that special refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We will also not accept returns for earrings or piercings due to public health concerns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original and sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and the exceptions listed above for the non-returnable items will also apply.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You can also receive the funds in a gift card form, that you can personalize and offer someone else, or use it yourself in future purchases at the store.
