Politique d’expédition

We will always use the Portuguese Post Office (CTT) Services to ship our orders(except for USA).
All the shippings will be made with Priority Mail with Tracking Number, from Portugal.

ORDER DISPATCH

The Prepping time of your order will take 1-3 business days, if we have the item in stock.

If your jewel is out of stock, or you requested a personalized item, we will need a bigger time for prepping your order, because we will need to make that item first.
Since all of our jewels are handmade, and we are also dependent on precious metal and stones providers, other specialized jewellers work and the Portuguese Hallmarking Institution, that may take 1 to 8 weeks. However, we will always inform you on the process, and ship the order as soon as possible. 

If you need your item(s) in a specific date, please contact us, in order to analyse if that will or will not be possible, so we can act accordingly, cancelling your order if needed, help you select another item, or give you a refund.

 

TIME FOR DELIVERY

The Portuguese Post Office does not work on Weekends or Holly Days, and the estimated delivery time for your package, as listed at their website is:

To Portugal: 1 business day (or 2 business days to Madeira and Azores Islands)
To Europe: 3 business days
The Rest of the World: 5 business days

To USA we use alternative carriers ,the Portuguese Post Office are not providing that service since August 2025. The time for delivery is around 5-10 day business day.

Note that these timmings are an estimate, are not vinculative, and do not account for delays due to customs, worker strikes, ambiental difficulties or other as such.

DISCLAMER

Since the shipping service isn't provided by us, and when sent beyond Portugal, will even be assumed by the destination country postal service providers, and all the postal services of the countries in between, and we are totally unable to control it, we will not take responsability for any delays, damages or disapearances of packages.
Despite being rare situations, any situation regarding shipping will need to be solved with the respective Shipping Company.

 

TAX & CUSTOMS

We will not be responsible to pay any customs fee that may present in export cases, or any foreign tax contribution. 
The price listed in all the items at our store already includes the Portuguese Retail Tax (IVA), that is 23%, and will be present in all the Invoices from the purchases made from Portugal and UE Countries.
